Traume healing

- og hjælp til selvregulering af nervesystemet

Vi vil se på forbindelsen mellem hoved, hjerte og krop, for at få en dybere forståelse af hvad der egentlig sker, når vi bliver stressede eller ude af balance.

Vi vil bruge guidede meditationer for at lære at observere “the felt sence” - og arbejde med resurser. Der vil også være plads til individuelt arbejde.

Inner Nature – Healing Trauma

The technique of Somatic Experiencing ( S.E.) Trauma Healing, is a sensitive tool for transforming traumas, stress and tensions.

In daily life, we can observe how physical and emotional constriction happens whenever we are in a stress situation. We can't simply tell the body to relax. But by sensing and comunicating through looping between resource and constriction, we can help the nervous system to let go of the energy that is unnecessarily held.

In an atmosphere of trust and support we will strengthen our inner resources ( grounding, containment and healthy boundaries ) through S.E. techniques and meditation. While working with traumatic issues or physical energy blocks, we will experience how discharge of blocked energy transformes into a positive flow, and how the nervous system has the ability to heal itself, and to connect with our self – regulating inner nature.

Vipassana Meditation

Vipassana is the classical meditation technique of sitting and watching the breath which has been practised since Gautam Budd­ha’s time some 2500 years ago.
Vipassana is a way to connect to the space inside which is beyond mind, feelings and all activity. It is a way to plug into a timeless dimension, living and watching this moment with no doing.
In the beginning there may be tensions or pains to pass through just like in therapy work, but every tension which loosens up will add to a growing space of presence.
Beside the Vipassana technique we will have active meditations to support the energy in opening and flowing naturally.
Together we can dive into this meditation retreat with a longing for truth and depth.

Meditation and Resources

Osho meditation techniques are designed to open and clean our body–mind system in many ways.
In this course we will experience how these active as well as silent meditations help us to become more aware of our inner resources and support the nervous system in a self healing flow.
Our mind is often in the way in its focus on solving problems. By combining meditations with observing through the senses we can support grounding, centering and sensations like dignity and inner space - some of the qualities we might have lost in early life.
This is also an invitation to use the darkness and silence of winter for diving into the inner light and aliveness.
